THIS HOTEL DOES NOT SELL OR DISTRIBUTE GUEST INFORMATION RECORDED IN THE NORMAL PROCESS OF RESERVING AND STAYING IN A ROOM AT THIS PROPERTY. ALL INFORMATION IS HANDLED AS CONFIDENTIAL AND IS USED ONLY FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING YOUR STAY AT THIS PROPERTY, AND PROVIDING YOU WITH ASSOCIATED SERVICES.

– Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time (3PM). Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

– A cancellation fee of 1 night room charge will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in.

– A credit card authorization is required at check-in for your room & tax, plus incidentals, based on your length of stay. The Woodland Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to articles left in your room or vehicle. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The property requires certain information from you, the guest, so we can contact you regarding future promotions, or to arrange to send you items that may have been left behind.
